Depalletise

Bottles, jars, cans and many other solid containers are delivered in layers on pallets and must be fed quickly and safely to the production line. This is done by depalletisers, which move an entire layer of containers onto a collecting table in one operation. From there, the containers are automatically transported further.

Feed Bulk Goods

Both primary packaging and closures, as well as chunky products that can be poured and are stored in bags or large containers, such as nuts, sweets or crisps, are considered bulk goods. They all have to be fed to an alignment or dosing machine via suitable technologies. These machines, commonly referred to as "feeders", come in many different varieties. They are connected to the metering machine and automatically feed material. If there is little space available in production, for example, they can also be placed on the upper floor or at a greater distance, which is made possible by adapted conveyor belts or screws.

Sort & Align

Primary packaging and its closures, but sometimes also the products themselves, often still have to be aligned or also checked for faults before the filling process. Pump heads and caps, for example, must be brought into the correct alignment, and faulty parts must be detected and ejected in this step.

Bottle Display

Because of their low weight, PET bottles are usually delivered in bulk, i.e. mixed up in large cartons. Even those who produce these bottles themselves can transport and temporarily store them more easily in bulk. For filling, they are set up by so-called unscramblers at high speed and with great care, and fed to the filling station.

Cleaning & Disinfection

Especially in the food sector, pre-cleaning of primary packaging is often indispensable. Various methods and technologies exist for this, both with liquid and gaseous media, or steam. This station is usually located directly upstream of the filling station.

Conveyor belts

Conveyor belts, often referred to as "conveyors", connect all processes with each other and meter the flow of goods in the production lines. Depending on the application, there are various variants that can be selected and designed to suit. They also offer the possibility of test steps and reject ejection between two processes/machines.
